"That's better, but still not great...remember, embrace your rage but keep your mind clear!"

"Grr...yeah, I know, that's what I've been trying to do this whole time," I muttered irritably, as I got back on my feet. 

"You're still getting annoyed. Try to stay calm and unbothered, no matter how badly I'm beating you," She responded tauntingly, as she flew up into the air. 

This is really starting to piss me off...but then, that's the whole point of this training. She's trying to rile me up on purpose, to keep my aggression high while I try to keep my mind calm and logical. Finding the right balance in that contradiction is no easy task, as has become painfully clear to me. 

It's the 20th of October, 2020, almost two weeks have passed since I joined Liberty. And I've been spending most of that time training, with Riley regularly sparring with me.
