"Do you have what I asked for?" I inquired, as I set down a mug of beer. 

"Yes, it's all in here, in full. You can check for yourself to make sure if you want," Came the response, as he handed me a file and picked up the mug, taking a gulp. 

"Nah, you've proven yourself to be reliable, I trust you."

This is Finn Islaw...he's the informant who gave those Liberty members the intel regarding the kidnapping ring. He's in his early-thirties or so, with a bald head and scruffy face. 

He had dark blue eyes and a fair complexion, was on the taller side with a skinny build, had tattoos all over his arms and body, and wasn't the most expressive person. 

After I moved to this area, I quickly determined that it'd be crucial for me to find a reliable information source if I was to achieve my goal.
