POV Lee kiyoung
"Ah, there are fewer monsters than I expected around this starting point area."
"Maybe he cleared this area before."
"You mean Kim Hyunsung?"
"Yea. There's a lot of food here, but it seems like no one survived… Well, if there were survivors, there would be no food left."
"I didn't really think the three of us would be enough to secure resources from the starting point."
"You helped a lot."
"No, I didn't do much, did I? It's all thanks to that guy."
"No, it's not only thanks to him. If not for you, it would've been much harder for us to get here."
I didn't say those words only out of comfort.
It was true that Park Deokgu made it much easier for us to come all the way here. No matter how good at fighting Kim Hyunsung was, he was only a single person after all. It would be difficult for him to tackle all the monsters attacking him from every direction alone.
As I was about to open my mouth to continue our conversation, a sudden voice sounded behind us which made both of us jump in suprise.
"Excuse me, are you the only survivors here."
After turning around I was met with a young man with brown hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion, overall he was quite handsome.
He had a calm and relaxing atmosphere around him, as if nothing will make him lose his cool.
'fuck, can you find handsome guys everywhere now, first kim Hyunsung and now this guy.'
This thoughts crossed my mind the moment I saw him, but I quickly snapped out from my daze.
'this isn't the time to think of this useless things.'
"Who are you?, How can you sneak on us without us even noticing."
I was actually a little scared earlier, I thought it was a monster who managed to survive, and he was attacking us from behind, fortunately it wasn't which made me relieved.
But I quickly realized my mistake, the fact that he was able to sneak on us without us even noticing made me vigilant.
This isn't the world we used to live anymore, people here can't be trusted easily.
I guess Park Deokgu arrived at the same conclusion as me as we put our weapons in front of us, so we can be ready in case there's conflict.
The brown hair man raised his hand to show us that he have no malice.
"Well, you don't have to be wary of me, I mean no harm."
"Who are you?."
I believed him a little about having no malice, because if he had any, he was able to attack us from behind without giving us any chance to react.

I cursed in my mind after seeing his status window, are heroic and legendary potential really rare person or are they people you can find them casually while walking now.
What made me a little upset is the review, what do you mean bug?, Am I that useless?
I don't know how many times I cursed the injustice that I have been subject to, why is my talent so trashy compared to this guys.
As I was whipping my imaginary tears, the guy in front of us replayed to my earlier question.
"My name is Ayanokouji kiyotaka, and like you, I am also a survivor."
I don't know if this guy is a good person or not since his disposition is [curious thinker] which is impossible to judge whatever it's good or bad, I need to determine his personality before deciding whatever he is useful or not.
"I don't think that you are a simple survivor, since you were able to stay alive alone in this kind of place."
I recover from my daze, and scoffed at his comment of being a simple survivor, after seeing his status window my vigilance towards him rose a little, because he is almost on equal ground with our dear Regressor, so I started to question him about his origin.
"Well, I was able to find a good place to hide, and started to hunt the stray monsters that separate from the group in order to increase my stats."
As he was telling us his story about how was he able to survive, I made sure to observe his expression, but it was futile since he always had a poker face from the beginning to the end, and his voice wasn't helping much either.
Overall, he was someone I couldn't read.
"And so I noticed that this area doesn't seem to have a lot of monsters, so I came here in order to see if I can gain anything?"
His story is full of loopholes, but it's also a solid story, if I questioned him on how he managed to survive, he will most likely attributes that to his ability.

It's a good ability to sneak on monsters, so his story is believable for now.
"So, now after you finished my interrogation, can you introduce yourself."
I felt a little embarrassed since he was able to tell that I was questioning him.
I hesitate a little, whatever I should be honest with him or not, but the big pig next to me will most likely expose me if I tell any lies.
This man is obviously not a fool, he has a legendary potential for the intelligence, which mean he is smart, I can't treat him the same as I treat Park Deokgu.
After slight hesitation, I opened my mouth and said
"My name is Lee kiyoung and the one next to me called Park Deokgu, we are here to see if there is any food left here."
A simple and a carful answer is what came out of my mouth, I can see that he is observing me carefully, his eyes made me feel that he saw through me and all my secrets are known to him.
this made me more nervous and vigilant towards him as I tighten my grip on the spear, he noticed my small gesture but he didn't show anything on his face, it's like he doesn't care whatever I'm carrying a weapon or not.
But I guess that's obvious, if he was observing our fight earlier, I guess he judged that I wasn't threat to him, that's why he's so relaxed.
"Are the only ones who survived or are there others?."
"Well, actually...."
As I was about to answer his question, I saw a new message in front of me.

It was faster than I thought.
