章 237: Motivated

The various senses of Ash were being used by her one at a time as she was trying to find something to focus on.

Her senses were picking out small things in her surroundings that let her take her mind off her present state to help ground herself and she had moved through many of the stages moving onto sound.

She could hear the cheers of the crowd that had become louder shouting her name.

There was the breathing of Jason which was a little unstable despite his attempts to hide his present state.

Ash was not out of her poor state of mind and body after experiencing a flashback of her traumatic events but she was gradually pulling herself out from it.

All that she could do was try to hold on with the fight she was participating in while taking the steps she knew were a part of the grounding techniques that she had learned.

She was in search of anything that could help her to pull herself back to reality and gain control over her body once again.
