So what is the next step?
Grabbing a rubber ball, Jiraiya showed me him popping it with the power of his chakra.

This time, Jiraiya turned around, and his eyes popped out. It was so worth it if only I had a camera.

Jiraiya sighed in defeat, knowing Naruto has more talent than him, being able to complete both steps in under a minute.
Jiraiya showed me the final step of forming the rasengan in the bolloon.
Jiraiya formed the rasengan, and the balloon popped, leaving the rasengan, which he drove through a tree.
Which I copied right after him, making him faint from shock, which made me laugh.
