Chi Lian left the phoenix building hurriedly and she went to the building across the road. Ever since Phoenix Entertainment moved, she had not visited their new offices even once. She had been trying to buy this building as an investment but the owner was not willing to sell. Bear was still looking into it. 

Here, she was asked to sign in by one of the security guards at the entrance of the building. 

"You own the building next door miss, don't you?" the guard asked.

"I do." she replied. 

"Happy new year." he told her as she was leaving. 

In her mind, she was questioning what was happy about the new year but on the outside, she smiled and returned the wishes, "Thank you, happy new year too."
