Elysia felt somewhat dissatisfied with He-Dao's response to Agent White Yuna. She tried to create several opportunities to make Yuna more proactive as Yuna also requested her help, but He-Dao never saw Yuna as a woman. It was more like a co-worker, subordinate, or maybe a daughter!
