章 69: Fear

Caden walked closer and pointed his gun directly between Juliano's eyes. She wanted to step out of the penthouse, but her legs couldn't move. She glanced at Lucas and Brie, but they were just quietly looking at the two men. She then looked at Elijah just to see the same reaction.

Is she the only one scared of what was about to happen? Is it normal to just let Caden do whatever he likes? Is it okay to point a gun at someone? She thought inwardly.

Juliano put his palms together and begged. "N-No! Y-Your Highness, I didn't mean to offend you. I'll tell you his name, but please let me and my family live."

Caden pushed the tip of the gun against Juliano's forehead. "Talk! Give me the name!"

She didn't expect the tone of Caden's voice. It was demanding and cold, yet dominating. His aura was dark and anyone would fear him just by looking at him. And a bullet of panic rise in Juliano's throat as Caden's eyes became filled with darkness.
