Arthur had never felt so conflicted until now. The cold steel of a silver and gold blade was still on his palm, its edges ready to cut the moment he willed it to do so.

"Sharing blood seems a bit overboard, don't you think?"

A grey haired boy nodded in agreement, then sighed, his eyes burning with total resolve. 

"Blood is the only way. I can only use cursed energy by anchoring myself to your gate by drinking your blood. After all, you're an emperor demon." 

Arthur scowled. It was high time someone officially joined the Bellrock blood and Adrian seemed like the best fit for this. He was already a demon candidate himself, so he would be having the full support of the primordial demon of Sloth until Claudia herself returned.
