Li Jing's hand rested on Gu Qingcheng's left shoulder as she chuckled lightly.
"You know I never speak cheesy lines. The dance you choreographed for 'The Woman' was brilliant. Did you choose to dance it for Ziyu?"
Gu Qingcheng smiled, "Partly, but not entirely for Ziyu."
"I knew there was a reason behind your choice to dance 'The Woman' to teach Ziyu," Li Jing said affectionately, looking at Gu Qingcheng. "But for me, the words you said on stage today really resonated. I was once ridiculed by my in-laws for being a 'hen that couldn't lay eggs' because I couldn't have children. They even pressured me to initiate a divorce. Thankfully, I later had a son through IVF, but that ordeal has always been a hurdle in my heart."
