Seeing Jack being sucked away by the spatial rift, God let out a sigh of relief.

Wanda woke up from her dream with a look of fear still on her face. She was breathing quickly, and her mouth was slightly open. A cold sweat was running down her temples. She had obviously just had a bad dream.
She got out of bed and turned on the bedroom lamp. The dim light made her feel better for a little while.
"Why would I have that dream?"
Wanda felt very uncomfortable in her body as she wiped the cold sweat off her face. She wasn't just sweating on her forehead.
It was just a dream; could it really come true?
Wanda took a deep breath to stop her heart from pounding and reached for the glass of water on the bedside table, only to find that it was empty.
When she saw the situation, Wanda threw off her covers and went downstairs to the kitchen with an empty cup in her hand.
"I should take a shower later. I feel sticky."
While pouring water, Wanda muttered to herself.
After filling the cup, she was about to go back to her room to get her clothes when she suddenly froze.
She slowly turned around and looked toward the living room.
There was a familiar yet somewhat strange figure standing with their backs towards her.
It felt familiar because she recognized it as Jack.

"Jack?"

At least those blood-red eyes weren't his.
Through the trembling chaos, Wanda sensed the bloodlust, death, brutality, and destruction inside those eyes.
She has never seen eyes like this!

The sound of a lion's low roar echoed into Wanda's ears, causing her to shiver and take a step back.
And it was that step that seemed like a signal. The person in the dark ran straight toward her, closing the distance immediately.
Just as their bodies were about to hit each other, a portal suddenly appeared, and Jack's body fell into it without any warning. After that, the portal vanished immediately.
