章 346: She Was Safe. How?

"Why would you see me in your illusions?" The man asked, baffled when she flinched. Indeed, why did she see him?

She shook her head and stared at those bushes. They were full of thorny vines of Greenbrier. It would be hard to climb them.

She took out her dagger and tried to cut the bushes and vines but they were too hard. After trying for a long time, she was only able to cut a small part and she didn't even know how deep inside she was!

"Duchess! Are you still there?" the man asked again in a worry when she closed her eyes. She had to follow the voices and go out of this maze.

She took left and followed slowly but after walking for an hour, she was still not out of the maze.

"Anastasia, I am hurt."

"You are not my mother! You should die." 

The voice started to fill her mind again. She could see her mother, Rowan and even her maids hurt and full of hatred, but she closed her eyes. They were not real.
