Ana opened her mouth wide. The bitter green liquid stung her throat as she passed it down. Suddenly the moment when Garrison had forced her to take the medicines in the past flashed through her eyes.

How Rowan had pleaded with her and how Garrison had forced her to take the medicines yet they both looked at her as if she was going to disappear any moment. A sweet smile formed on her lips when Luca paused.

He knew the liquid was bitter and tasted awful. He had his own days of taking it. But looking at Ana, it felt like she was happy yet her face was filled with longing.

Was she lost with the medicines?

"Then tell me.. What is Princess Meredith planning against me?" she met his eyes but her eyes looked lost, intoxicated and the grin on her face looked foolish.

"You want me to tell you?" He laughed and scanned the room. Liam has not returned and Maggie is still not there. "You will not remember it though."
