"Master, everything went according to your plan." Leigh appeared with Kalista the following day while Lennox was having breakfast with Adrienne at their home in Jinxiu Garden. 

Adrienne smiled as if what had transpired last night had nothing to do with her. She knew her cousin, Ayla, wouldn't stay still and do nothing when Alistair intended to marry her. To think that Ayla would seduce Alistair, putting her showbiz career at risk, was a bold move that Adrienne found amusing. 

She had always known Ayla to be resourceful and cunning, but this was a new level of determination. As she sipped her tea, Adrienne couldn't help but wonder what other surprises her cousin had up her sleeve. 

"I'm sure she didn't use any protection last night." She commented. "Make sure to keep an eye on her." 

Lennox glanced at her and sighed. "Your cousin is quite a vicious woman. So scary."
