Tian Xingyun snorted. "Hmph! Give him a chance? He hasn't even apologized to me! Until he does, I won't call him my husband!"
Hearing this, Daniel's lips twitched in annoyance, but he decided it wasn't worth getting riled up over the prickly woman, so he let it go.
Old Yuan nodded, appreciating Daniel's patience. He then turned to Tian Xingyun. "Young lady, may I have a word?" He walked toward a secluded corner, away from Daniel.
Confused by what he was trying to say, Tian Xingyun followed her old butler. When she reached him, Old Yuan quickly cast a sound-blocking barrier.
"Young lady, you don't remember when or how it happened, do you?" He asked, his eyes glancing at her upper arm where her purity mark used to be, implying what he meant.
Tian Xingyun's face turned red as she lowered her head in embarrassment. No, she didn't remember it, but since the mark had disappeared and Daniel was the only man in the house, who else could have done it?
