The young woman, whose name was Wei , spoke, "Have you heard Fairy Ling had a new apprentice? She has made him an elite apprentice. She says he will be a master scribe in the future."

Chen stopped scribing and turned to look at Wei with a frown. "Are you sure?" he asked.

Wei nodded. "Yes, people in the sect say Fairy Ling is never wrong about talented apprentices. All her apprentices are the best talents in the Houhui sect."

Chen thought for a moment and then spoke again. "I don't think I have anything to worry about. Many join the sect to become a scribe, but none of them succeed."

Wei replied, "Yes, but this elite apprentice is different. He is only ten, very talented in summoning, and he is from the main flame immortal bloodline."

Hearing this, Chen's ears perked up. "Which immortal clan?" he asked.

"The Liu immortal clan," Wei answered.
