A towering 6'6" man approached Vincent. Despite not being short himself and having grown taller, Vincent still stood at only 6'1.
"You think you can just waltz here and embarrass our girls just because you have money?" the towering man sneered down at him. "I bet you've never even been in a real fight before."
"Yeah, you're just a rich boy playing dress-up," another man chimed in. "What are you gonna do, call your chauffeur to come pick you up?"
Vincent tried to remain calm and composed, his eyes narrowing as he assessed the situation. He could feel Sophia's hand on his arm, urging him to walk away, but he's pride was burning inside him.
"Actually," Vincent said, his voice cool and even, "I've been in a fight just last night. Unfortunately, that guy was no longer alive to tell the tale."
The men glanced at each other, taken aback by Vincent's response. Did he just threaten them? The thought was chilling, especially considering Vincent's wealth and power. They knew they were no match to him in that area.
"Well, I'm not afraid to fight you," the towering man said, cracking his knuckles. "Let's see what you've got."
Vincent's patience had reached its limit. "You're all just acting tough because we're inside a campus. How about we take this somewhere else, more private?" he said, his voice dripping with a cold, menacing tone.
The group of football players looked at each other, unsure if they really wanted to test the limits of this rich, mysterious man. But then, Erick, the leader of the group, stepped forward.
"You really think you can take on all of us?" he asked, clearly pissed off that Sophia was holding Vincent's arms so passionately.
"Stop asking me stupid questions and just lead the way " he replied.
Eric hesitated for a moment, but then he nodded his head. "Alright, let's go."
And with that, Vincent and the group of football players walked out of the school and headed towards an abandoned warehouse nearby, where they could settle their differences without anyone interfering.
Sophia felt helpless as she watched Vincent confront the football team. She wished she could do something to help, but her fear had left her speechless. With her heart beating rapidly in her chest, she followed them as they left the school grounds. All she could do was hope that he would be able to handle the situation.
But all of Sophia's concerns were for nothing.
A smile spread across Vincent's face as he felt his strength coursing through his veins. His instinct as a wolf was taking over, urging him to dominate and assert his dominance over the others.
"I can finally test my strength against these guys," he thought to himself. He wanted to win, to make them all bow down to him.
As they entered the abandoned warehouse, Vincent's heightened senses took note of the presence of several individuals still lurking around the area. Among them, a young man wearing a blue jacket and headphones greeted them with a wide grin.
"What's the football team doing in this place?" he asked curiously.
"This idiot wants to fight us," Erick pointed Vincent with his thumb.
"Oh, then you came to the right place," the man chuckled.
He turned his head around and yelled, "Empty the middle area, we're in for a show!"
The other problematic students cheered upon hearing that a fight was starting.
"Same rules apply, no phones, no pictures, and no videos," he instructed his buddies to collect everyone's phones. It seemed that this was not their first rodeo.
Vincent couldn't help but feel a sense of shock as he took in the environment around him. He had studied in a good school because of Nathan, so this was all new to him. Seeing the chaos and lawlessness of this abandoned warehouse made him realize that Sophia must be struggling financially if she was coping up with this environment.
"Don't worry about me " He smiled and reassured her.
As the crowd cleared the middle area, Vincent braced himself for the fight. He could feel his wolf-like instincts kicking in, and he was eager to test out his newfound strength.
Vincent approached the center of the crowd with a deliberate and steady paced. As he moved, he slowly took off his jacket and removed his sunglasses, revealing his piercing gaze to the group of young men before him.
His movements were calm and controlled, like someone who doesn't feel any fear at all. The crowd watched in silence, sensing the tension building.
"Who's going first? or if you want you can all attack me at once ?" Vincent's words further aggravated the situation.
One of the football players snapped and stepped forward with an angry face, towering over Vincent at 6"4 with a body built like a tank.
"I'm going to teach this guy a lesson," he growled.
Britney's group cheered on the sidelines, waiting for their boyfriends to beat the crap out of him .
Vincent simply watched as the football player approached him with a determined look in his eyes. He didn't flinch, instead he smirked and beckoned his opponent with a curl of his finger.
"Fuck you !!! You're going down, rich boy," the football player growled as he threw a punch at Vincent.
But Vincent could see the punch coming from a mile away. It seemed like time had slowed down for him. He realized that his reaction time had been enhanced. The punch looked so slow on his perspective that he had enough time to smile and mock his attacker.
He easily dodge the first punch.
The football player was taken aback by Vincent's quick movements. He tried to punch him again, but Vincent dodged it effortlessly once more.
Britney's group was no longer cheering. They were stunned by Vincent's agility and speed. They thought that he was just a rich guy, but that doesn't seems to be the case.
"This is boring " Vincent decided to end the fight quickly. He moved closer to the football player and gave him a swift punch to the gut.
"Agggggggh!!!"The footballer groaned in pain and dropped to the ground, clutching his stomach. His face twisted in agony as he struggled to catch his breath.
"What the hell did I just see ?"
"Did you see how easy he took him down ?"
The crowd gasped in surprise as Vincent easily defeated his opponent. But it was not enough .
"Come at me all at once, you bunch of puppies." Vincent yelled menacingly and taunted them, he was clearly not satisfied with the previous fight and was itching for more.
