Without waiting for me to process what he had just said, the male got down from the car. Hell no would I follow suit, at least, not with that weird note of warning.

My thoughts were filled up with different questions. Who was the person… why has he been hunting me… of what relevance am I that a person who seemed to acquire such great wealth would seek for me… was this all part of Lilith's scheme?
