章 23: Chapter 23 Boys Dream?

"Hey, have you heard about it?" Ike Kanji suddenly spoke up to the group.

"I heard there's a ranking of handsome guys based on their popularity with girls," he continued.

Fang Li and Ayanokoji Kiyotaka's brows lifted in surprise at Ike Kanji's words.

Yamauchi Haruki then boasted arrogantly, "Of course I know about it! I'm in first place!"

Fang Li and Ayanokoji Kiyotaka thought to themselves, "He's just boasting." Kushida Kikyou had just mentioned that the top spot belongs to an A-Class student, so it's impossible that Yamauchi Haruki really has the number one spot.

Ike Kanji, however, seemed to believe Yamauchi Haruki's claim. "That's great," he said. "I wonder if I'm on the list too?"

Fang Li and Ayanokoji Kiyotaka felt awkward about telling Ike Kanji that they didn't see his name on the previous rankings. But then, Ike Kanji revealed something unexpected. "I didn't know girls made the rankings," he said. "I thought it was only us guys."

Ayanokoji Kiyotaka was surprised. "Wait, so there's a ranking for girls too?"

"Of course there is, in the chat group," Yamauchi Haruki replied as he pulled out his phone. "You haven't seen yet, Ayanokouji? And what about you Nanaya? I'll add you in."

Yamauchi Haruki asked for Fang Li's number, and Fang Li finally entered the boys group chat. When Fang Li clicked a specific page, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka saw the leaderboard.

"Dream ranking?" he said, lowering his head in thought.

"Yeah, that's the one," Fang Li replied.

Ike Kanji and Yamauchi Haruki did something unbelievable, revealing to Fang Li and Ayanokoji Kiyotaka what the so-called "dream" was all about. The two were left speechless.

Fang Li glanced at the so-called "dream list," but said nothing. Among the girls listed, a certain "Hasebe Haruka" topped the list, a name that Fang Li vaguely recalled. "I remember her as a pretty girl with a great figure and a prominent chest. Wasn't she really popular with the boys when school started?" However, this girl had no interest in any of the boys who approached her and even appeared disgusted by them. She had never been seen with any male student, not even Hirata Yousuke. In Class 1-D, she was like the Lotus of the High Mountains, just like Horikita Suzune.

Fang Li doubted that she ever thought she would top the list. Of course, all the other girls in the class were also ranked from highest to lowest, including Horikita Suzune and Kushida Kikyou, but the differences were substantial. Although Horikita Suzune was a beautiful girl, her body was not as curvaceous as Hasebe Haruka's. Kushida Kikyou had a significant bust, though she did not top the list, ranking within the top three to five.

However, the most disturbing thing was that the list appeared to be quite accurate, as if it could really determine the size of a girl's bust. The boys had no way of measuring this, but the list seemed to have accomplished it. It was eerie.

"Don't you think you observed too carefully?" Ayanokouji Kiyotaka remarked.

Ike Kanji and Yamauchi Haruki spoke in unison, "Because we are men!"

Ayanokouji Kiyotaka narrowed his eyes and said, "However, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of this list. Some girls may be wearing thin clothing, and some may be wearing padded clothing. How can we determine the accuracy of this list?"

Ike Kanji and Yamauchi Haruki replied, "That's why the list is constantly changing. We need the help of a real master to analyze it."

What was a "real master?" Was there someone who could see through clothing and determine the actual bust size? Fang Li felt that he needed to find this master to learn this technique.

"In addition, there's a bet between the boys where we can invest in the girls on the list," Ike Kanji explained mysteriously. "If you invest and the girl you voted for tops the list, you can earn points from those who chose incorrectly."

Sakura Airi was a girl who wore glasses, had long hair, and seemed plain and low-key. She had barely spoken to anyone in the class and kept to herself. Fang Li remembered her because she sat next to him, just like Horikita Suzune. Though he was not familiar with her, he remembered that she had a great figure. Currently, Sakura Airi was ranked second on the list, just below Hasebe Haruka. The list had not been updated yet.

"I have something to tell you. Sakura actually confessed to me," Yamauchi boasted.

"Really?" Ike Kanji asked.

"Yes, but keep it a secret. She's the kind of girl who blends into the background. Of course, I turned her down. But when she confessed to me she was wearing casual dress, and her chest was noticeable, so I betted on her," Yamauchi explained.

"What an idiot! Even if she's not cute, you should have accepted for a fling!" Ike Kanji said.

"I can't do that. I'm only interested in girls like Kushida or Hasebe's rank. I'm not into uncute girls," Yamauchi responded.

Yamauchi Haruki's words left Ike Kanji feeling anxious and irritated. Ayanokouji Kiyotaka could only watch silently, as was typical of his unpopular group dynamic.

Fang Li thought that Yamauchi was bragging once again, disregarding the opinions of others. Based on Fang Li's impression of Sakura Airi, she was an extremely introverted girl who struggled to communicate with others. It seemed impossible for her to confess to the opposite sex.

If it were a handsome guy like Hirata Yousuke, it might have been somewhat possible. However, with a guy like Yamauchi Haruki, no matter how you see this it seems impossible.
