Logan was no longer interested in the auction going on. His blood boiled at the possibility of him being tricked by Alfred.

He said Arissa would be here but the auction have started and she was still nowhere to be found. He turned to Vincent beside him and the poor man almost dropped dead with that sharp eyes piercing at him.

"Where's Alfred?" he whispered with an irritated voice. He was highly irritated right now and he regretted following Alfred's order of no weapons. Had it been he came with a gun, Alfred would have been with his ancestors the moment he came into this hall without seeing her.

"He's backstage," Vincent whispered back with caution.

Logan wasn't the only impatient one in the hall. Collins was also impatiently looking at the door. The whole seats have been taken apart from one of the reserved VIP tables and that was the only thing keeping him sane.
