章 51: Martha and Jake

Shae brought him out of the hall to one of the more open rooms in the stone palace. She didn't order him to break a stone wall as he had hoped, instead, she brought him where she left hundreds of curved stones heaped in one corner. There were even larger shards of stone, easily a few hundred kilograms in weight. 

However, Shae wasn't having much problem moving them. He feared her Physique had more than 20 points to be this physically strong. 

Anyway, within a couple of minutes, she made a makeshift wall, placing one shard of stone on another. The wall was as high as him, but with the disjointed stones, he feared they would fall off if you push hard enough. 

Ulysses was staring at the runic marks and how they flowed from one shard to another when Shae called him, done with her preparation. 

"Crumble the wall if you can," Shae challenged him, withdrawing a couple of steps.
