With the mysterious silver eyed woman's departure the forest returned to a calmer state. The damage and destruction was still there, as it wouldn't be fixed easily, but at least the flow of mana in the air had stabilized.

This in turn calmed the animals and beasts who had been in hiding this entire time. 

It was easy to miss the silence in the forest which was there due to the battle that had been happening earlier.

The instincts of the animals and beasts would make them extremely scared about the dominating magic in the air. They could very well tell that whoever was using it was several times stronger than them and could easily kill them.

As such they would simply hide and stay silent so as to not attract any attention.

For the newbie players this was a good situation as they wouldn't encounter any enemies. But for the experienced ones, this was an alarming sign and would tell that me that something was really bad.
