章 660: The Night Tryst Before His Departure

On the coming Friday, CafeOrama took a break from receiving customers that night. Liliana, Nancy, Mrs. Fu and everyone else threw a party for Lucas. His flight to Europe was scheduled for Saturday late afternoon.

"A party? I'll just go there for three weeks, not three years."

Lucas was baffled when Liliana brought up about the party before. He insisted they didn't have to do anything like that.

"Harris, Mrs. Fu and everyone are on board. Hehe, just take it as a time to unwind for everyone, en?"

Liliana's reason made Lucas relent. He knew she and his colleagues simply wanted to send him off with something memorable.

Three weeks was quite a long time, more so when he would be thousands of miles away from his home country.

Thus, the party began at seven in the evening. 

Aside from the cafe staff, the ones from the foundation office also came to the party. Liliana invited Linda and Kevin alongside Lucas' group of friends.
