Then, Liliana continued her talk with Nancy. She didn't want to keep her friend waiting when she was already busy with her other tasks.

Their conversation ended less than fifteen minutes later. Holding her tablet, Nancy brought it to her chest. While standing up, she said to Liliana.

"I'll give you an update if there are any last minute changes. Who knows something might happen. I'll go outside now. You should enjoy your lunch, Lili."

Liliana nodded once. As she casually waved her hand at Nancy, her mind was struck with a question.

"Oh! I wanted to ask you something. Is everything good with Nadia? Or, is she simply busy? You said you'd tell me once I'm back."
