''Benett, this is our son, your flesh and blood.'' A woman announced in the compound of the Hayes duchy. She was clad in a black robe and in her arms, a tiny child was buried in her bosom as she stared at the stunned father and son on the top of the stairs.

''He has your eyes. Please don't abandon him as he is also your son.'' She pleaded without giving a glance to the five-year-old Dante whose tiny grip left his father's hand. 

His father did not notice anything as he was also stunned by the appearance of another child. The child took the mother's brown hair, but the face and eyes…anyone could tell that he was of Hayes blood. He resembled him greatly, much more than his son from with his wife.

''B-Benet-t..'' At the sound of that whisper, Dante turned to his mother at the entrance of the door. Her hand with a bouquet of flowers went limp to her side as she stared wide-eyed at his father.
