5 Kage Summit.
The Hokage, The Raikage, The Tsuchikage, The Mizukage, and the Kazekage sat in their chairs respectively with a mixed look of disbelief and anger at the young man who sat in the most extravagant chair inside the meeting room.
This was because the young man was laughing and flirting with the beautiful girl to his left.
"Hahaha! Haku-chan is embarrassed!" Naruto teased like there was no one in the room besides them.
Haku with a red face coughed and stared at Naruto, "Naruto… The Kages have already gathered."
Naruto waved his hand and replied nonchalantly, "Don't bother with these mobs, they'll wait until I'm ready to talk."
"Naruto…" Haku looked at Naruto with a scary smile.
"Tsk!" Naruto helplessly looked at the 5 kages and asked with a tiresome voice, "So? What are you all gathered here for?"
The Raikage stood up and angrily punched the table, "You gathered us here! You should tell us!"
"Hahaha! The Raikage is always so courageous! Are you married? If I kill you now you might not be able to leave descendants if you don't have them yet!" Naruto teased with a mixture of mocking.
"Y-You…!" The Raikage was about to jump on him not caring about his life and death.
"Naruto! Be serious!" Haku scolded.
"Hah… No matter how strong I am, I can't seem to win against my wife." Naruto sighed but then continued, "Alright, Raikage. I won't mess with you more."
The Raikage simply snorted but sat down to listen to what he had to say.
Naruto coughed then smiled a harmless smile, "Well… for starters, I'm gonna declare dictatorship."
Tsunade just facepalmed but didn't say anything. Terumi Mei just chuckled but didn't have any disagreement.
The 5th Kazekage, Gaara didn't say anything but instead weighed the pros and cons silently in his mind.
"What? Are you insane?!" The Tsuchikage and the Raikage angrily looked at Naruto but didn't dare to stand up.
Naruto just laughed and continued as he leaned back to his chair, "Well! Raise your hand if you have any objections and wish to die!"
The two just coldly looked at Naruto but didn't say anything further. They saw Naruto's strength firsthand afterall.
Gaara just smiled a wry smile but didn't really have any objection. It might look like that the Hidden Mist Village and Hidden Sand Village were in an alliance with Hidden Leaf Village but it's a well-known fact that they were under the Hidden Leaf Village.
Naruto clapped his hands and said with a smile, "Great! Now, let's proceed to the next part. Release all the tailed beast. Let them roam around freely."
"Uzumaki Naruto! You're going too far!" The Raikage said angrily as he slammed his hands on the table with full force causing it to crack in half.
Naruto just sighed and replied, "The Raikage is just too much. Why do you react so violently each time? Of course, I won't let you do it for free."
The Raikage sat down but retorted, "It's not that simple! Tailed Beasts are dangerous!"
Naruto snorted, "Of course, they're dangerous, you try to attack them each time and try to seal them to someone's stomach, if someone tried to force their thing into your ass would you like it?"
The kage's lips twitched at Naruto's sarcastic reply but continued to listen to his words, "For starters, tailed beasts are intelligent beasts. They are not to be enslaved but befriended. What made you think that it'll obediently become a weapon for you to use? That's why it's dangerous, you're trying to control them by force. Look at the 8 tailed beast, Gyuki. It's cooperating peacefully with Killer B."
The Raikage no longer said anything although he reacted violently each time, he was a smart man and those were all according to his calculations.
Naruto clapped his hands again with a smile, "Great! Now, onto the next topic! I'll spread the manual to practice elemental sage mode. There are 5 elements in total so to not make it difficult for y'all, I'll give each of you a copy."
Not long after he said this, 5 manuals appeared from thin air just above the table and dropped in front of each kage.
"This…!" The 4 kages of other villages looked at 5 books that appeared in shock! Naruto just gave them his secret technique just like that?!
They couldn't help but reach out to them immediately but stopped hearing Naruto's voice ring out again, "For the 1st stage of Sage Mode, named by me of course as Basic Sage Mode can be practiced by all of you alone but I still suggest you proceed with caution. However, the 2nd stage of Sage Mode, the Ascended Sage Mode, needs to go through me."
The 4 kages coughed to hide their excitement but still couldn't help but show it in their eyes.
Gaara couldn't help but ask in curiosity, "That's fine but may we know the reason as to why we need to go through you to practice the Ascended Sage Mode?"
The 3 remaining kages also looked Naruto's way.
Naruto kindly explained, "Have any of you cooked before?"
"Cooked?" The kages looked at each other for a bit before nodding.
"Great! Do you know the feeling of being burned by hot oil?"
They nodded once again.
"It hurts right?"
Although they were ninjas, they still had a sense of touch so they nodded.
"After 3-6 months of being in the 1st stage of 1 Elemental Sage Mode will result in the evolution of the body converting all chakra inside the body with Natural Energy. The evolution you will go through will feel like 100 times the feeling of extremely hot oil entering each of your pores for about 1-2 years and exploring the ins and outs of your body. There's no way to survive unless you have my help. Hahahha!" Naruto laughed out loud like he was telling a joke.
Goosebumps appeared all over the bodies of the 5 kages within the conference room. Tsunade couldn't help but look at Naruto in disbelief and say, "Wait a minute! Are you saying you've gone through more pain than that in 2 years?! Afterall, you have 5 elemental sage chakra!"
"Is that true? Naruto?!" Haku looked at Naruto in pain hearing what he went through.
Naruto held his hand and let her sit down on his lap and said with a smile, "I'm fine. It's just a little bit of pain in exchange for great power, it's a necessary price to become the strongest."
Haku teared up but then hugged Naruto.
Naruto sighed and couldn't help but complain to Tsunade, "Look at what you did, Tsuna-ba. That's why despite your large assets you're single!"
"Pu!!" The 4 remaining kages couldn't help but laugh but held it back making it even worse for Tsunade.
Their attendants also couldn't help but try to laugh but held it back. Even black zetsu was laughing like a maniac behind Naruto's chair but no sound came out of his mouth.
Tsunade turned red from embarrassment then also stood up and angrily punched the table, "You damned brat! I'm gonna kill you!"
Haku wiped her tears and looked at Naruto with a scolding look, "You can't say that to Tsunade-sama, Naruto."
Tsunade nodded in satisfaction until the next moment when Haku continued, "You have to understand the feelings of an old single woman like Tsunade-sama."
"Hahahaha!" The Raikage laughed.
The Tsuchikage also said, "Sorry, Tsunade… I can't… anymore… Hahahaha!"
"Hahahah!" The Mizukage
"Hahahaha!" Even the quiet Kazekage, Gaara laughed although not as much as the 3 remaining kages.
The 5 kage meeting hall was filled with laughter unlike the previous conference where only tension existed.
Tsunade got even more angry and screamed, "You damned bastards! I'm gonna kill you all! Especially you two brats!"
Jiraiya held back Tsunade and comforted, "Tsunade, why don't you just marry me now? It's not too late."
"Hahaha!" Everyone laughed out loud as if there was a comedy happening in the conference room. Tsunade punched Jiraiya in the gut that sent him flying into the wall.
Tsunade afterall couldn't do anything about Naruto and Haku so she just sat down and snorted unhappily.
With Naruto having fun with the kages, the kages even started to get along with each other in a friendly way, after a few minutes, they started to quiet down and looked at Naruto who was smiling.
"Let's see… What was I supposed to say again?" Naruto rubbed his forehead in confusion. But then remembered, so he sighed and said "Oh that's right as for the reason why I gave you the elemental sage manual, it's not just a replacement for a tailed beast but also to power you guys up. You guys are too weak and I can't have any practice."
The 4 Kages' lips twitched but nodded in reply as they knew Naruto's power. Even if the other Kages didn't see Naruto in action just like the Raikage and Tsuchikage, just by the fact that he fought the war alone and won is enough for them to know how strong Naruto is.
