"Anyway, let's all rest up for today, I'll be continuing to build the bridge tomorrow." Tazuna said towards Kakashi and his team.
They nodded in reply.
Meanwhile, Naruto went back to writing with his brush in the scroll
"What are you doing this time? Naruto?" Kakashi again asked
"Creating [Alarm Seals]."
"Alarm Seals?"
"Yup! I want to set it up around this location with this house as the middle so I get informed through a personalized scroll if someone other than Tazuna-jiichan, Tsunami-neesan, Inari and the four of us enters the formation.." Naruto replied then said "It's done!"
"So fast?" Kakashi again said in surprise
"What are you talking about? Sensei? I already said it's a simple rearrangement." Naruto sighed and brought out 4 tags and drew sets of coded Fuinjutsu around and a kanji in the middle [Sense].
He brought out another 4 tags and drew sets of coded Fuinjutsu and a kanji of [Alert] that is aligned with the previous tags. "It's done!" Naruto said as he finished writing.
Naruto approached Kakashi and had chakra in the form of the kanji [Permission] "Stretch out your hand, Sensei."
"You're marking everyone? Alright."
Naruto applied chakra into Kakashi's wrist "Done."
Naruto approached both Sasuke and Sakura next "Stretch out your hands."
Sasuke and Sakura nodded and Naruto applied a mark in their hands
"Tazuna-jiichan. Tsunami-neechan. Stretch out your hands too." Naruto said as chakra was visible in his left hand
Tazuna and Tsunami looked at each other and stretched out their hands as they've heard what Naruto was talking about
While Naruto was applying seals, Tazuna asked "What about Inari?"
Naruto shrugged and replied "I'll do it later."
Tazuna nodded
After applying seals to everyone, Naruto informed Kakashi as he gave him the tags"Sensei. I'll go scout the situation in the country for a bit. Here's the [Alert Tags], Sensei. It'll release chakra when the alarm goes off."
Kakashi nodded and took the tags and was surprised as this was Naruto's first mission but he already thought of such things.
Naruto disappeared from the house.
Kakashi called out "Sasuke, Sakura."
Sasuke looked at Kakashi and Sakura replied as she stopped reading the scroll Naruto gave her. "Yes? Sensei?"
"You two go train water walking for a bit. It's the same as tree climbing but it's considerably more difficult than tree climbing. Sakura, stop studying Fuinjutsu for now. It requires extremely delicate chakra control. Naruto could probably walk on water now, it's just that he hasn't tried yet."
Sasuke hearing Naruto could already do it stood up instantly
Sakura kept the scroll in her bag and replied "Yes. Sensei."
They walked towards the door and signaled they were leaving to Kakashi
Kakashi nodded "Come back at dinner time. Rest is also a crucial part of training."
They nodded in acknowledgement as they went out of the house.

Naruto was traveling from tree to tree and saw a cliff somewhere to be able to see the entirety of the country.
Naruto arrived and scouted the surroundings. 'A luxurious building on the left and houses for the masses on the right. The building on the left is probably where Gatou is staying. The size is about half of Konoha but they don't have the financial capability nor the population like Konoha.'
Naruto weaved a hand seal while standing on the top of the cliff.
[Ninja Art: Multiple Shadow Clones] and made 10 clones with Chuunin level chakra. It consumed about ¼ of his overall chakra.
Naruto ordered "You guys scout the situation in the building, figure out the capacity of their military power, the whereabouts of their wealth, and see how we could get inside without anyone noticing."
The 10 clones nodded and disappeared from the spot.
(A/N: It's kind of a bit late to say this but Naruto wears something similar to his adult self clothing with lots of black more than orange. He still liked the orange color but not as much as younger Naruto in the canon.)
Naruto headed to the right side where the majority of the citizens lived. He saw lots of kids, young men and women, middle aged, old begging on the streets. Those who are still capable are displaying signs like 'Will take any job offered' on their bodies.
Naruto thought 'The situation is worse than I thought… No wonder, Tazuna-jiichan wanted to build that bridge.'
A boy suddenly approached Naruto and begged for food "Do you have food? Can I please some?" The boy was malnutritioned so much that his skin was already like a skeleton.
Naruto looked at the boy in pity and crouched down as he smiled "I don't have cooked food but I have raw food. If you could wait for a while, I'll give you food."
The boy's eyes shone in excitement as he looked at Naruto "Okay! Niichan! Thank you! It's been 3 days since I ate."
Naruto's face changed into anger as his blood boiled, thinking 'Gatou…!!'
The boy saw the change in Naruto's face and said in fright "W-What's wrong, Niichan… D-Did you change your m-mind?"
Naruto again put his attention to the boy and said with a smile "I'm sorry for scaring you… It's just Niichan is thinking of something bad."
"M-My mom said one shouldn't do bad things…" The boy replied while trembling.
Naruto chuckled and replied as he smiled "Your mom is right… but Niichan has a different belief. If you're doing bad things to bad guys it's okay!"
The boy, as if enlightened, smiled and said "Okay, Niichan!"

Naruto walked towards a restaurant while holding the boy's hand "Where are we going? Nii-chan?"
"Hm? We're going somewhere we can cook. Niichan has a lot of food but it's all uncooked."
"I see… Okay! Niichan!"
Naruto saw a restaurant but it was empty. "Excuse me?"
The restaurant owner aka chef of the restaurant sighed "What is it? We're closed. We don't have ingredients to serve."
"Is that so? Since you're closed I'll hire you."
The restaurant owner looked at Naruto from bottom to top and the boy beside him then said skeptically "Even if you hire me, I don't have food."
Naruto sighed, "You should stop judging people from their looks." Naruto brought out 50,000 ryo in his ninja bag. "I'll hire you for the day. Be my chef."
The restaurant owner looked at Naruto in shock as he couldn't believe such a young kid would have so much but changed his tone "What can I do for you today? Young master?"
Naruto then replied "I'm Uzumaki Naruto. What's your name? Can you put all of your cooking tools outside as a stall?"
"My name is Kirio, Young master and I can put all my cooking tools outside as a stall for the day."
Naruto nodded and said "Hurry up!"
"Yes! Young master!" Kirio disappeared like a ninja and set up a stall outside as fast as he could.
After 10 minutes it was set up "It's done! Young master!" Kirio like a butler appeared beside Naruto
"Good job. " Naruto said
Naruto sat the boy on a chair and brought out a [Generic Fuinjutsu]. A few days ago Naruto thought they would go on a mission ang might get stranded in some place for a while so he shopped a lot. He spent 10,000 ryo for 10 sacks of rice. And 100,000 ryo for 300 kg of meat.
He split it into 5 [Generic Fuinjutsu] with 2 sacks of rice and 60 kg of meat in each scroll.
"Release!" 2 sacks of rice appeared and 60 kg of meat appeared which dumbfounded the cook and the boy with his eyes shining with the amount of food he was seeing.
"How many people can you feed with this, if you portion it enough for each person?"
Kirio's eyes shone as he looked at Naruto and said "I can feed 1000 people easily with these two sacks of rice if I made it into a gruel. If I made the meat with curry I could feed about the same number as well. It can last for the whole day in the country for 2 meals!"
"It can only last that long?" Naruto said in surprise as he continued "Go ahead and feed the hungry then."
"Excuse me?" Kirio asked in disbelief.
"I said feed it to the hungry for free."
Kirio cried tears of joy as he heard Naruto, he knew how much the people here were struggling "Thank you! Young master!"
Naruto just nodded and made 10 genin level shadow clones
Kirio asked "What's the clones for? Young master?"
Naruto then replied the obvious "You can't possibly cook for all those people alone, I'm gonna hire the people who know how to cook from the people who would take any job to help you out."
Kirio asked in curiosity "You could help me yourself with your clones, why the need to hire people?"
Naruto replied "Tsk, tsk, tsk. People have pride, you know. People can't accept charity that much, especially people who know they are capable but don't just have the job available."
Kirio nodded in agreement as he also had pride in himself. He wouldn't accept food for nothing.
