Power level Updates
The Power level is not absolute till now it is juts to help the readers:
This will change when the MC meets more powerfull people, this is the system estimated value after looking at all the people the MC met till now.
Range of Power:
Ordinary Adult 17-20 (depending upon there characteristics)
Navy Soldier : 27-33
Navy Vice Captain: 35-40
Navy Captain: 45-50

Currently(ch- 20 onwards) the MC is definitely Powerful but I really don't wan't to put numbers on anyone's power anymore as it is very difficult to scale some power in terms of numbers.
