Simon arrived Galvile exhausted in company of Bruce and four of his guards. Their trip back to Galvile was scheduled to happen with the help of his private jet which was made available by Charles. So on arrival to his therapist's at Oceanview, he sent three of his guards with their cars to Galvile ahead of him instructing them not to visit the ranch nor make his intended visit known to anyone just yet. He was then left with just Bruce and one of his guards.
The therapy session was draining. By the end of the session, Simon was extremely tired, emotional drained and in dire need of sleep that he knew wouldn't come so easily. His therapist, Peter Chadwick scheduled their next session which was agreed to be a virtual session the following day after sharing sustainable tips with Simon to help him through the rest of the day till their next session.
Getting to Galvile, their Jet landed in a field located at the outskirt of the town with their car and three of his guards already waiting to pick them up.They headed to the ranch in their cars while Jimmy the pilot left for Lakeview with the Private jet. They arrived at Simon's ranch in exactly eighteen minutes, forty two seconds. At Simon's request, the cars were stopped and he motioned Bruce and two of his guards to walk with him into the ranch. As he wanted to explore the surrounding.
They met the ranch well kept and tidy. The barns were neatly arranged with the donkeys and cow looking healthy and well fed. The stable which houses the horses was also neat with healthy looking horses. "Timothy is doing a great job." He murmured to Bruce who was walking beside him as they headed to the main building of the ranch.
"He really is. Everywhere look impressive." Bruce replied. Timothy who was sitted at the patio sighted them from afar and joyfully ran up to meet them.
"Boss!" Timothy called happily, jumping on Simon for a hug.
"Easy." Bruce called after Timothy. "The boss is tired from today's long journey."
"I'm sorry Boss." Timothy said excitedly. "I never knew you were coming. I would have prepared the suite for your arrival." Timothy told him. "Let me quickly get the suite ready." He said running off towards the house.
"Tim wait, you can do that later. Do not worry." Simon called after him but it was too late already as Timothy was almost at the patio.
"He is too excited to see you Boss. Just let him be" Bruce suggested with a smile signalling two of the guards to follow Timothy as he wanted to be sure he had nothing to hide. As the guards left, Bruce continued his chat with his Boss. He knew Simon needed rest and his ultimate plan during this period was to make sure he had no reason to stress himself. Recently he's been trying to figure out what exactly happened between him and Paige as it was so obvious that whatever happened was draining him all round. As they got to the patio, he adjusted a seat for Simon to sit on while he went inside to check on Timothy and ensure that the suite was in order for his boss.
Simon sat down extremely tired. He brought out his phone and made a call to his automobile dealer to confirm that the car he planned on gifting June for her wedding was still intact. Hanging up after a positive confirmation, he placed another call to his real estate firm to get an update on the house he also planned on gifting his sister for her wedding. After a positive confirmation as well, he dropped his phone in his suit pocket she rubbed his temples continuously as the migraine hit him.
"Let's go boss, the suite is all ready." Bruce announced immediately he came outside. Simon stood up immediately making his way to the suite which has it's door ajar and Timothy standing excitedly beside the door beaming from ear to ear.
"Tim," Simon called tapping him on the shoulder. I'll see you once I freshen up." He told him as he got to the door.
"Very well boss." Timothy replied. "Do you need help with anything? I could help if you need anything at all." He offered excitedly while Simon shaked his head and continued to the suite.
Timothy attempted going in with him but was pulled out by Bruce. "I told you the boss needed to rest. I didn't have water in my mouth when I said it." Bruce told him sternly pulling him outside and closing the door to the suite securely granting Simon some privacy.
"Bruce chill, I'm just happy to see him. Do you know that last time I set my eyes on him? It's almost two years ago. I've only been talking to him on virtual calls. But you, you see him every single day. So, you do not understand my predicament." Timothy complained
"That is the same period you saw me. But sadly, you don't seem to happy to see me like you feel for the boss." Bruce replied with a smile.
"What? Oh please. Who are you?" Timothy asked sarcastically.
"A pain in your ass." Bruce replied laughing.
"A real pain at that." Tim added. "But I've missed you bro. You look good. Is that a new tie? And a new shoe, those must have cost you a reasonable sum. Bruce!"
"It's a gift from the boss." Bruce replied showing off his shoes happily. "That is the benefit of being so close." He added.
"And that is the reason you don't get to understand how I feel when I see the boss." Tim added. "See you, looking all fly and fashion savvy."
"Oh, same goes to you Cowboy." Bruce said sarcastically. "You're all here looking like a rich cowboy with the country air and sunlight blessing your skin. If you must know, I don't envy you though." He said laughing.
"I know." Tim laughed. "But I prefer Galvile to Creek Island a million times. I'd rather stay here for the rest of my life if asked to choose between here and the mansion. But if the option changes to Lakeview, then I might consider thinking about it." He added with a side eye and a smile. "The boss, he doesn't look great. Is everything okay?" Tim asked.
"He is great. Just stressed with work, his sister's upcoming wedding and some projects he's working on." Bruce replied playing safe as he was not sure it was okay to talk about Simon's personal life at the moment considering the fact that he's been away from Timothy for a very long time. So, he didn't know if it was okay to trust him with such information just yet.
"Man! You should device means to help him out with some of this stressors. He ain't looking so good nor lively at all." Tim complained.
"Lucky me, now we are in your territory. I trust that you'll handle us with your perfect and experienced hands and of course at the end of our stay, the Boss will end up looking eighteen instead of his real age. And myself, I will end up looking ten instead of twenty." Bruce said sarcastically.
"Wait, instead of what? You are twenty? Stop playing Gee." Tim said laughing uncontrollably. "I'll be right back. Gotta check on the on the butler and the whole house. I wouldn't want the Boss to feel uncomfortable about anything at all." He said heading towards the opposite direction which led to the sitting room and in turn connected to the dinning hall and the kitchen. Passing through, he saw that the Butler have already brought in external help from the village to help tidy up the whole house. Prior to Simon's arrival, this part of the house was always locked and never in use.
Timothy himself stays at the smaller building behind the house as he finds it more comfortable. So with Simon's unannounced presence, he had to instruct the butler to get help from the villagers who were more than willing to help as most of them have benefited from Simon Kentley in one way or the other. Some of them have their kids in school on scholarships while some had Simon provide or help secure a good job for their kids.
"Barnabas!" Timothy called the Butler as he stood in the dinning hall.
"Yes sir." Barnabas answered running up to meet him at the dinning hall
"The food, is the cook here yet?" He asked.
"She just got here." Barnabas replied.
"Very good. Please prepare a hot soup for the Boss. If she have a good stress recipe, that will be appreciated." He requested.
"I'll speak to her. Is there something else I need to know?" Barnabas asked.
"No for now. I'll tell you if I remember something. Now go get busy. I need the house sparkling neat before the Boss comes to dinner." Tim said leaving Barnabas behind. He went outside to check the state of the surrounding and surprisingly, more villagers were outside already helping them tidy up the barns, stables, cages and flowers that needed trimming. Seeing the buss of activity going on, Tim smiled. Indeed his Boss was loved by everyone. He quickly join the villagers in tidying up the house.
