Sharon was checking her Instagram account when Felicia walked into her room. without even knocking the door then Sharon looked up at her as she dropped a bag.
“Your dress is in it and you have to wear the cloth like that since you didn't come for the fitting and the designers are fully booked. They will be too busy to readjust your cloth for you,” Felicia said but Sharon just looked at her and didn't say anything.
Inwardly, she smiled because she won't be needing the dress anymore and receiving no response, Felicia walked out probably confused about Sharon's lack of response by now.
"She won't expect what we are going to do to her" Sharon said happily.
It's already a day to the wedding and Felicia was very worried about everything as she seems not to get a grab around Sharon and her order of activities.
"I don't get why I'm still feeling uneasy. I'm just so worried. Sharon hasn't tried anything funny since that day and I should be relieved but I can't stop worrying that she's planning something bigger than that" Felicia thought.
"Because anytime we come across each other, she always gives me this smile that makes me feel very uneasy of whatever she's planning to do" Felicia said as she walked down the stairs and looked at the decorations as everyone looked busy as they were preparing for the wedding then she sighed.
"Even I who's getting married tommorow isn't as prepared and busy as the mansion" Felicia exclaimed as she looked up as the mansion's door opened and a group of people walked in heavily dressed and she thought they were probably unfamiliar relatives so she turned around to go the opposite direction because she doesn't want to welcome people she doesn't even know.
She has barely taken few steps when someone held her hand and she turned to look at the person but it was Mrs Kate carrying a bag and looking very excited.
“Licia, I just got your pink wedding dress. and It's beautiful but I still don't understand why you insist on not having a white wedding,” Mrs Kate said and Felicia shook her head.
“It's unnecessary to have white wedding so I'll just go along with this pink,” Felicia replied.
“Licia, you have always been the opposite of other ladies. Other ladies want white wedding but you don't” Mrs Kate said as she trailed off and led Felicia out of the room without noticing a suspicious maid who stood close to them.
"Ma, there's no difference between the two dress at all and no one would notice anything amiss" the caller said to Sharon and
she smiled and ended the call before staring at her reflection in the mirror.
"I look just perfect in the pink wedding dress. I hate to admit it but that Felicia has taste in fashion. The material she chose for her dress is superb but It's a pity that I'll be the one dazzling in it not her" Sharon said and just then, her mother came in and looked at her.
“Wow, the wedding dress fits you alot. It doesn't matter how much I had to pay that designer to make this for you but it's worth it,” Mrs Badmus smiled as she kissed her daughter's cheek.
“Mum, have you informed the guy yet?” Sharon asked but her mum nodded and brought out her phone showing her the chat between her and the thug that would help them in their plan.
After reading their chat, Sharon laughed thinking of how Felicia's life will turn upside down the next day.
Her mother brought out a small pink flower and handed it over to her.
“You have to pin this flower to your dress so he won't make the mistake of kidnapping the wrong bride.
Also I've already given the flash to the guy that would be in charge of displaying pictures on the projector tomorrow. Felicia won't even get a chance to save the marriage no matter how hard she wants to try” Her mum said to her but Sharon hugged her mother relaxed that everything is finally going her way.
Meanwhile at the Ken's mansion Fyneface looked at his friends and took the wine they forced him to drink.
“Do we have to do this bachelor party? ”Fyneface complained for the tenth time but his friends ignored his question and handed over another glass of wine to him.
“Now bro, tell us about your bride to be. Is she sexy and curvy? Is she the quiet type or the feisty type?” they asked and Fyneface looked at the billionaire moguls in front of him now behaving childishly and if the paparazzi should bump unexpectedly into them, they will be shocked to see this sight.
She's not a quiet type, she's a little bit feisty but don't you worry guys, she's attracted to me already and you know that no lady can resist me,” Fyneface answered proudly as he chuckled and his friends cheered and whistled but they didn't know the truth that it was Fyneface that was the one attracted and not the other way round.
“Hey bro, don't drink too much so you don't end up missing your own wedding,” Newstyle said and everyone laughed.
The next day came and it was the wedding day.
Felicia sighed as she stared at her reflection in the mirror not believing that she will really be getting married.
As soon as the makeup artists finished she asked them to leave the room and when they did, she looked around her room for the last time.
"Sharon and her mom will probably turn my princess room to maids room" Felicia said sadly but thinking of them made her worry and with the way they have been unusually quiet.
Felicia sat down on a couch waiting for when they would call the attention of the bride. Soon, she felt thirsty so she called the names of the maids that were positioned outside her room but no response and it was weird. She got up and went out of her room struggling with my wedding gown but was surprised to find the hallway empty with no servants in sight. Felicia could hear faint music from outside where the wedding was going on "So where did all the maids go to? Felicia wondered but she had barely taken few footsteps when she heard sound of footsteps behind her but when she looked back she didn't see anyone.
She walked forward again to ensure she heard perfectly and they followed her again then she became convinced that someone was actually following her.
"But why" Sharon asked feeling scared at the moment. She thought of the smile Sharon had been giving her, the empty hallway and missing maid then it suddenly dawned on her that this was what Sharon has been planning all along, to get her kidnapped.
Felicia speed-walked as she couldn't run in the gown but the footsteps kept approaching closer and she wasn't having much time to get away from them so she ran into a nearest room and locked the door just in time and when they came, they couldn't figure out which room she was in.
“Angel, just come out nicely, we won't hurt you. We just want to have fun with you,” Felicia heard one of them say.
"How the hell was Sharon able to get them in without anyone noticing? Felicia wondered as she sat down on the floor and prayed silently.
"I should have been more careful" Felicia said to herself as she panted heavily in the room.
Meanwhile Sharon was also getting ready for the wedding as well
“Hey you, make sure to get my makeup done perfectly. I want to look perfect for my wedding, don't dare make any mistakes” Sharon said to the makeup artist in front of her.
"I don't know why mum hired such an incompetent fool. She has been doing my makeup for a while now and I still haven't found any one I like" Sharon complained as the colours she has been using doesn't suit her as much as she like so she ordered her to redo it over and over again. Sharon looked at her exhausted face and smiled.
“Bring me that glass of juice!” She ordered and the nearest maid went over to bring it over to her but as she was about to hand it over to her, she missed a step and spilled the juice on Sharon.
Sharon screamed as the red coloured juice made an ugly stain on her dress. She stood up and slapped the maid who hurriedly picked a napkin to wipe off the stain before it spread but In the process of cleaning the stain, she removed the flower Sharon pinned to her dress and Sharon slapped her again angrily and looked at the flower now lying on the floor.
Sharon looked at her ruined wedding dress but at that moment she doesn't care about a flower all she wants to do was to look for her mum immediately.
As she was about to touch the door knob, she remembered her mum warned her that she shouldn't leave the room unless she comes to get her by herself but when she looked at the dress again she couldn't wait.
"This can wait moreover, the thugs must have finished their job by now. Sharon said as she opened the door and stepped into the silent hallway going towards her mum's room when she suddenly bumped into a wall.
Looking up, Sharon realized with fear that it wasn't a wall, it's possibly one of the thugs her mum hired. Looking at the scary smile on his face, she tried to walk backwards but more thugs appeared behind her then she couldn't help but wonder how Felicia has escaped again.
“You guys are mistaken, I'm not the bride you are looking for” Sharon said trying not to stammer in fear but they looked at her wedding dress and looked at her as if she was a fool and they didn't believe her.
“Wait, I can prove it,” Sharon said as she tried stopping them from walking closer to her. She touched her dress frantically trying to find the flower her mother gave to her but then she remembered what happened between herself and the maid in the room and she gasped in fear as there was no way out and no one in sight to help her.
The thugs had enough of her drama because they finally got to where she was standing and the next thing she saw darkness.
Felicia's heartbeat quickened as their footsteps kept on getting closer until it finally stopped in front of the room she was hiding in. She shut her eyes tightly in fear thinking they've found her
But just then she heard the footsteps hurrying away from the door so she strained her ear to hear what was going on but she couldn't hear any sound and it seems like they were gone but she wasn't sure. So she waited for few minutes before she finally stood up and opened the door. She checked first and confirmed that the hallway was really empty before she came out and started walking carefully. She didn't even go far when someone bumped into her.
At first, she panicked but when she noticed that it was Mrs Kate, she looked relieved and hugged her immediately.
“I was very worried when I didn't meet you in your room and the maids didn't know where you went either” Mrs Kate said.
“Mom, I couldn't find the maids anywhere and the hallway was empty so I became so scared” Felicia answered.
“Esther must have asked them to do something to you” Mrs Kate said and her answer confirmed Felicia's suspicions.
"Sharon and her mother will pay dearly for what they tried to do to me" Felicia said bitterly
"We don't have time for that now Licia, It's time for your father to give you away to your new family and he's waiting for you in the sitting room” Mrs Kate said as she wiped away the tears on Felicia's face before covering her face with the veil. Her face was completely hidden then Mrs Kate led her to the sitting room where her dad and Esther were waiting. She looked at Esther who possibly thinks that she was Sharon but too bad she has figured out their plan and it has failed.
Felicia looked at the serious look on her dad's face as he doesn't even care if she's happy with the marriage or not and Mrs Kate tried to hide her sad look as she handed Felicia over to her dad. Felicia crossed her hands with her father's as he led her outside but as they approached Esther, Felicia called her 'Mother' in a way that only her could hear and she wished she could see the look on her face but her dad already led her outside and the music began welcoming them to the ceremony.
Felicia took in a deep breath as she walked slowly towards her soon-to-be husband who has a kind of dazed look on his face.
Esther looked at the closed door in shock hoping her sense of hearing was still in tact
"The bride outside is my Sharon and not Felicia right? But I still can't get that voice out of my head, the voice that just called me mother" Esther said confused then she turned around and rushed to Sharon's room. When she got there she saw the makeup artist and other maids but she couldn't find her daughter Sharon in the room.
She looked at one of the maids on her knees and saw the flower she gave Sharon on the floor and her face turned pale.
“Where is my daughter?” Esther asked shouting and the maid on her knees shivered.
“Ma, she left this room a while ago,” the maid answered and one of them told her all that had happened in the room which made Sharon to leave in anger.
"She said Sharon's wedding dress was stained but the bride I just saw didn't have any stain on her cloth" Esther thought inwardly. Immediately she paid the makeup artist and asked her to leave before she ordered the other maids to beat up the maid that caused all this mess Ignoring her pleas and she went out and called the leader of the gang that she hired for the job
"Jack, did you complete the task I gave you?" Esther asked the moment he picked up.
"Yes ma, we have the bride with us" Jack laughed as he replied.
"Switch the voice call to video call I want to see her face" Esther commanded and she screamed immediately she saw her daughter's face covered with blood and she hurriedly looked around.
"You idiot, bring my daughter back here this instant. How could you have made such a foolish mistake?" Esther asked panicking.
