章 96: Chapter 97 - Different Reynard

   Esme sat looking despondent. She stared at Reynard who just walked pass her and the others and he went away. Collins noticed that Reynard now has a tail and he tapped Dennis. 

 "Did you see that? 

Dennis nodded. "Yes, I saw that he now has a tail." 

Rena went to Esme and she squatted before her. "What happened here?"

Esme pursed her lips and she shook her head. She wasn't willing to remember all that happened at all.  

"What happened? Rena asked again. Esme closed her eyes when she remembered everything and then she explained it all to Rena. 

 "He hates me Mom." 

"No, dear he doesn't hate you." Rena patted her back. 

"You didn't see what he did Mom, He wanted to kill me."  Esme cried, She covered her face with her hand. "He wanted her but not me."

"Esme dear, You know that is not Reynard." Rena helped Esme up. Esme winced in pain from her injured Knee. "You are Injured."  Rena asked worriedly and Dennis to see.
