章 2: Chapter 1- She's Close
Inside a black Maserati SUV car, Sat a very handsome looking man with golden curled hair, He was wearing a white shirt and a black Armani suit, He appeared like a king with his long legs casually crossed and his head resting backwards and his eyes closed.
Beside him sat another handsome looking man with raven black hair, He sat by his side just Like a chief would sit by his beloved king. His eyes was glued to the Laptop screen. He was wearing a navy blue coloured suit and a sweet bubbly smile was glued to his face. He would often glance sideways as if expecting the man beside him to say something to him. However, the answer never came because the man didn't even look towards him
Suddenly the car came to an abrupt stop, Jerking the two men forward. "The man with black hair spoke up first. "What happened George? Why did you stop?"
"Sir Dennis, There seem to have been an accident up ahead! George met his gaze in the rear view mirror.
"Okay, Dennis nodded in understanding. He stole another glance at the king-like man.
If you have something to say, Out with it! "Stop stealing glances at me! "If I didn't know better I'd say you are in love with me!

Reynard Shifted into a big golden brown wolf and ran towards the road as the smell got stronger. Leaving the car behind, he rushed off to find his Mate.

"Ignoring his calls Reynard kept running towards the crowd. Feeling the smell get stronger Reynard followed the scent and kept moving, He passed the crowd and walked farther away, he went into an alley and stopped.
"Dennis caught up with him in his grey colored wolf form
Because of a wolf's ability to smell and because he was gifted Love due to his Lycanthropy. Reynard decided to search for his Mate in his wolf form. The wolf would be able to detect his Mate faster than his demon.
"What happened? Dennis asked Reynard when he caught up with him
The scent stops here”
Dennis took a better look at the alley. “But there is no one here.
She's here! Reynard was sure she was somewhere. He tried to use his powers to search for her but nothing worked.
“He couldn't find her.”
Reynard shifted back to his human form. He put his hands in his pocket and puffed out his frustration.
“Where was she?
Suddenly the Scent came again, hunting him like a ghost. Reynard Sniffed the air again and walked a little further, Dennis followed behind him.
“With both of them walking sneakily as if afraid of scaring the girl or woman away, they walked down the alley.
At the same time A plump middle aged woman Walks out of a shop with a big bag in her hand. The bag was heavy and she was having difficulty holding it.
Reynard stopped right in front of her”.
“Mate!
Dennis Looked to the left and to the right but there was no sign of anyone there except the middle aged woman.
“How can a middle aged woman be his Mate? “Lucifer Sure is something!
Dennis was still sympathizing with Reynard over the kind of mate he got. He was dumbstruck when he saw Reynard bend over and patted the woman's stomach. “Mate!
