章 61: 60: Disgruntled contentment; looking into things

Lin FenXiang was quick to swallow his words, the moment he saw who was standing at his door.

It was ZhiHuang, Lin ZhiHuang. His (not really) older brother, standing at his door, seemingly glaring at him with his arms crossed in his disheveled before the break of dawn morning glory.

Lin FenXiang leaned on the door frame, the action coming to him almost subconsciously despite him having no need to do so.

Honestly, he had no idea why he was attempting to hide his activities.

Lin ZhiHuang raised an eyebrow at him, appearing— rightfully — less than impressed as he raised his wrist to himself and glanced at the watch.

“4:12 in the morning and you are still awake. Your room's lights are still on and—” he craned his neck to the side slightly and snuck a look at his Lin FenXiang's room “—you are busy painting instead of resting, sleeping for example?“

Lin FenXiang closed his eyes, wanting to offer a word in his defence but ultimately thought better of it.
