'Where did she go? How was she so fast?' Aragorn was out of breath at the distance he had just run. He was miles and miles away from home by now. He was sure of it.

He could not sit back and let that happen when he knew he was in a position to help her. White wolves are very rare, and once word gets out, the scum of the earth will descend.

Goddess, worse yet, if this entity he was fighting against got its dirty hands on her, her rejuvenating blood would send them into blind greed.
