Blood, red splatters all over the place. Some red was darker than the other while some was the brightest as it was still fresh from the body. Ilyana narrowed her eyes while Victoria covered her mouth and the urge to throw up. She found that there were bottles of water stored inside an ice box. Looking closer to it was eyeballs that were still fresh looking back directly toward them. 

Ilyana who saw the lifeless body of a person still on the operating bed could only look at them in pity. From the body, it must have been a young girl. So young that she could be only sixteen at most. Just because of the hungry actions of Samuel, she was dead. Imagining the pain she went through, the fear of being cut up to pieces so her organs could be harvested, and the humiliation that only livestock feels caused Ilyana's hands to shake in anger. 

She looked around, finding a young girl who was unconscious on the operating bed, "Laila," she called.
