I pinched the bridge of my nose in an effort to control my anger. “Please, tell me you didn’t tell Lycia that.”
“No!” Seven yelled, “Of course not! I told her our parents were dead and that you killed them.”
I bit my lower lip, waiting for my anger to pass. “Again, I wish you would have come to me first. Seven, no matter what you may think of me, I am an honest and fair man.” I let out a deep breath. “Please, continue.”
Then Seven told me about going to his Alpha, Shane Stone, and begged him to attack.
“Against your own sister’s Pack?” My voice rose several octaves, having a hard time controlling my temper.
“Yes.” He looked me square in the eye. “Logan, I thought that if she still wanted to defend you after what I had to say, then so be it.”
