章 9: Chapter 9: Regurgitation

Jake's POV

Clay and Cody took forever to put their clothes on. They were brothers, and they had known they were shifters basically all of their lives. It didn't bother them to change together. They were young, seventeen and eighteen years old. Jake could hear them goofing around in the bathroom.

He banged his fist on the door.

"Let's go, boys," Jake called.

He could hear the scrambling. The door opened a few moments later.

Gas stations with bathrooms on the outside were getting harder and harder to find. Out here in the middle of nowhere, they could still find somewhere to change after they shifted back.

Jake had shifted while he was still alone out in the woods. He usually stuffed clothes into a sack with leather straps that he could carry easily in his mouth in his wolf form. Since he typically stayed out of the fray to watch for trouble and give orders, he could shift in privacy.
