I stood at the exit of the human kingdom with Sophia, Rani and Ravina present there with sad looks as all the Hman citizens were present there to say goodbye to me. Ravina has already left for the north and has completed the trade between the Haman and the north. They could start trading the commodity with the Dargon kingdom and diminish the dependence on the Human kingdom.
Rani walked forward and held my hand tightly from letting me flee away from her, she was reluctant to let me from her presence and would have done everything in her power to stop me from returning from Dragon Kingdom. However Sophia's presence made everything impossible for her, if she were here, Rani would definitely have tried to lock me in her room.
"Please, promise me you will be back, don't leave me alone," Rani said with tears full eyes.
"I will come back, I promise, cry now I'm not going for too long."
"No, staying away from you for a few seconds feels like centuries, I don't how am I going to live without you."
She cried and hugged me tightly as she felt the warmth of my body one last time before I left.
Ravina witnessed Rani crying like a child in front of all the citizens, of overwhelming shame, she walked toward us and spoke. "Rani stop, you are crying like a child."
Some guards approach and try to take Rani away, but she insists on holding me, "No, don't separate me from my Xzson, I don't wanna leave him."
Ravina sighed helplessly, she turned her gaze and looked at me. "Xzson my son-in-law, he is such a cute adorable baby, I wanted to feed him sweets while crassing him in my embrace, sadly I can't do anything in Dragon Princess's presence. However..."
A sinister smile appeared on Ravina's face, she walked me and Rani and gave us a gentle hug. We were both surprised at her sudden act and saw her, but our expression suddenly changed when we realized that Ravina was sniffing me in a pretence of a hug.
Sophia clenched her teeth and immediately fetched me from their lock, "It's enough now, we are leaving."
She spoke and gladred at Rani and Ravina. They are frozen in once placed in fear and lose the power to eyes with Sophia.
"I think we are getting late, we need to go now, Mom."
Sophia turned her face closer to mine, and her glare instantly vanished and was replaced with a smile.
"That's right, we need to go now, let hurry up and go."
Sophia held my hand and pulled me in her embrace, she soared in the air with me.
"Long live, our king!"
"Long Live our Hero!"
"Our Hero the once defeated!"
I gazed down at the citizens, who erupted with excitement. This made me feel proud of my worthiness.
Rani on the other hand was full of tears, witnessing me fading away, with one last step she focused all her power and shouted. "Please return, I will be waiting for you."
Her voice echoed in my ears, I tuned in and replied to her with a smile. "I will back Rani."
We finally left the Haman kingdom. Rani lost her balance and fell on her keens. Her mother and soldiers immediately run toward her.
"What happened to the princess, she suddenly fell!"
"She has fallen, is she seek?"
"Someone call the healer."
The Human immediately panicked at Rani's sudden calloused, Ravina examined her daughter with concern and asked her.
"Rani, are you okay? What happened to you?"
Rani inhaled a long breath and burst into the tears that she had been holding since the morning, she looked at her mother and spoke. "I'm... okay it's just Can't accepted ... My Xzson disappearing away."
"My daughter... I also can't see him leaving us behind, I wanted to stay here with us, but it's impossible, there are women who already claimed him and are far more powerful than us if we enraged him... No one knows what will happen to our kingdom." Ravina explained helplessly.
Rani nodded and looked in my direction once last time.
