章 47: Ava

Aiden had ordered bed rest for at least three days. Which Aleksi was determined to over see. I groaned from where I had been tucked into bed. Aleksi was by my side to ensure I couldn't escape my mandatory rest to heal.

I pouted remembering the look on Aiden's face. He knew I would only need a day at most but had given me extra just to piss me off. I glared at the ceiling.

"Do not be mad at me Ava. This is necessary so you can heal." I glared harder but refused to acknowledge Aleksi. "Ava?"
