Iris was so gloomy and Cane thought it was because of her monthly cycle, which caused her to be in a bad mood.

"There will be a festivity in the town tonight. Do you want to go?" Cane asked Iris, without even taking his eyes off the report he was reading right now.

Both of them were having their lunch in the dining room along with the members of the three packs, thus it was a little bit crowded here.

Cane prolonged his stay in this pack because he was waiting for the merchants from Karam to come. Usually, the merchants would come to buy the women and monsters, and a few children if he took a liking to them.

However right now, Cane wanted something else to be traded, therefore, he was going to have a meeting with them. They were scheduled to arrive two weeks from now.
