"What?" Redmond tilted his head in confusion. He looked at the Alpha, as if the latter was talking in a foreign language. "What do you want to know?"

Cane didn't respond to that rhetorical question, but the way he looked at Redmond made the warrior talk without posing any other unnecessary questions.

"I am not always around the pack house, okay? So, I don't know much about it. More so, you would only be able to see her once in a blue moon, since she spent her whole life inside her bedroom. She was a sickly child." Redmond shrugged his shoulders. "Even now, she still gets sick so easily."

This was not the answer Cane was looking for. "Think harder."

Redmond was slightly taken aback seeing how Cane acted right now. He even forgot to stand up, as he still sat down on the ground, looking like a slave in front of his master.
