Cane felt as if his skin was being burned, and when the bald man touched the upper part of his arm, he almost thought his hand had turned into hot iron instead.

However, he only knitted his brows and said nothing, he didn't even let out a grunt whatsoever, which amazed Redmond. After all, when Mason got his tattoo, he cried and wailed like a three year old boy, unable to bear the pain.

Later on, he said he had never been in so much pain like that, and only now did Redmond realize that the endurance of both of them was not even comparable.
