章 21: ABUSE

"What are you doing here?" Abigail questioned with gritted teeth as she glared at the towering figure in front of her.

She stood up as she stood face to face with the man and though Abigail pretended to be tough, there was still sadness in her eyes.

But the man didn't find her attitude surprising, nevertheless he was not here to chit chat with the miss and only wanted to return what was hers.

"Here" He said as he handed her her the hair clip that he saw on the bed this morning.

Abigail glanced at the hair clip on his palm and saw that it was indeed her's. The one she had used yesterday, it must have fallen off on the bed.

Thinking about that incident again Abigail could feel her palm itching to land another slap on his cheek but controlled herself. He was now her boss and having already lost her shares in the company Abigail wouldn't want to loose her job too.
