Those who entered Maknum never came back out. 

It was clear that all the races had given up on the idea of further investigation. 

They were all waiting for the right opportunity!

Once the transcendent experts who had been suppressed within Maknum were released, the transcendent experts of the various races would act and enter to hunt them down. 

Everything would be decided in a single battle.

Otherwise, sending in just the peak experts would be too risky.
