Emmett Neal and the others were momentarily surprised. 

They understood Braydon Neal's decision: he was not planning to immediately eliminate the city lord. 

Instead, he allowed the baleful aura to consume him.

They could stay here. 

Braydon spoke up.

Ryder Galante promptly stepped forward and bowed. "Please, follow me, esteemed guests. I will arrange rooms for you."

"I'm afraid we'll need Mr. Galante to prepare more rooms," Emmett added, indicating that more Neal family members were expected, along with others from the Foreman and Siegel families residing in Hoizen.

Ryder smiled. "There are three thousand guest rooms in this establishment. You can have your family come over. Ulleris Hotel is under the Young Lord's protection, so I will follow his orders."

Ryder, a wandering cultivator, had chosen to align with the Neal family and follow Braydon's lead, as he had stated.
