Lydia twitched heavily as she walked the path home. Without thinking, her hand was holding onto the arms coiled around her neck.
"It's really pretty out here, Lydia."
The Demon was floating behind, her legs bent at the knee as she snuggled against Lydia's head.
"Ahem. Umm, so why are you following me?"
The Demon lightly pressed her nose against Lydia's cheek.
"Can I not come with my lovely bride?"
Her face grew hot.
"I-I-I don't even know your name!"
Before Lydia could react, the Demon flapped her small wings. She went up, flipped and spun, then landed directly before Lydia. Her wings vanished as she smiled brightly.
"Lillia, pretty much a princess from the Underworld. I kinda came up to take over this world, but my other side came out. Oh! Don't be afraid to punish her... me!"
Lydia felt her face flush even further. Lillia raised a brow as a smirk crossed her lips.
"Dirty minded knight? Oh my, what did you think of doing to me?"
She began to float up and squeal to herself until Lydia grabbed her wrist.
"Hmm? Gonna have your way with me, my love?"
"D-don't talk like that! We don't know each other! A-and... we're supposed to be enemies."
Lillia stared her down with a soft glare.
"Fuck that. Stupid things like that are meant to be-"
Lillia froze, her feet practically slamming into the ground. She wobbled for a moment, quickly steadied by Lydia. The sexually stunning beauty began to shrink and grow pale quickly. She let out a sigh as her blurry vision refocused.
"Huh? The pretty human? How did I..."
Her voice trailed off as she began to look around. Her eyes fell on Lydia's hands, keeping her steady, and her face flicked back around. She attempted to struggle, but couldn't fend Lydia off.
"Grr! Did you kidnap me?! Where the hell is Doren?!"
Lydia began to loosen her grip, quickly regretting it as Lillia nearly fell. In her haste, she pulled her back towards her too quickly. The pale face was squished between Lydia's breasts.
"Do you not remember what just happened? You saved my life, then followed me all the way out here."
Lydia had calmed down as she held the doll like girl. Lillia seemed to be thinking for a while before she whispered to herself.
"Was the legend true? Why do I not..."
Lydia pulled Lillia into her arms, lifting her as she began to walk again. The confused Demon was silent for a while, but squeaked as she realized she was airborne.
"W-what are you doing?! D-don't think you can grope me!"
Lydia sighed.
"You're exhausted. Whatever made you..."
She trailed off as the clingy Lillia came to mind. Her face had a light tint of pink.
"What are you imagining?! What... what was I like?"
Lydia shook her head.
"Touchy. Very much... loving from her... you? Well, whatever. I'm taking you to my home. For now. It'll be a while."
Lillia had slung her arm around Lydia's neck, angling herself to see ahead.
"Will this... take long?"
"Seems like you want it to take a while."
Lillia began to pout.
"I've barely been out of the Underworld. I'm curious, since I've been with Doren all this time."
Lydia fully understood.
"When I was little, I was the same. Although I was acting as a boy. Ugh... explaining this to my Father will be hard."
Lillia had a wicked smile.
"Of course! You Humans are truly conservative! Same sex marriages are outlawed, after all."
She was smug, yet Lydia shook her head.
"Keep being like that, I'll do exactly as your alternate self said. You don't know much of our customs, as that law was removed a while back. Some princesses were caught getting hot and heavy, so things changed."
Lydia could see the bright red of Lillia's face.
"Tickle your fancy? Well forget it, I don't have any sexual desire."
They continued on in silence for some time. Lydia set Lillia down as the moon crept high into the sky.
"It's better to keep going in the morning. I'll hunt something and gather firewood."
Lillia was silent as Lydia headed off. They were on the outskirts of a small wooded area. The trees were loosely packed together, giving Lydia an easy trail of branches to snatch up.
"Whatever happened to her servant? He seemed like the type to lose his head if his master vanished. Eh... I'll hand her over if he drops by."
Less than an hour later, Lydia had returned with blood coating her sword and clothing.
"Did you-"
Lydia tossed a decently sized boar to the ground.
"His blood, not mine. There is a river to the south of here. I'll go an wash up after I get a fire started."
Lillia seemed entranced as Lydia began to make a small campfire. Her eyes never left her hands.
"Surprised I don't have so many calluses?"
"Y-yes. Your hands are... still soft."
As a small flame ignited, Lydia showed her hands.
"They repair themselves. Some sort of rapid regeneration. Father never quite told me why I had this, but I make the most of it."
Lillia moved a little closer.
"Was all of that blood truly from the boar?"
"Why so worried? We aren't lovers."
Lillia narrowed her eyes.
"I'm weak right now, and I can't cook! I don't need my servants dying on me."
She crossed her arms and looked away as Lydia shrugged her shoulders. Before long, she had chunks of boar cooking over the fire.
"Most of my stuff was on Lu, but he ran off. This is gonna taste like shit, but bear with it. Turn the meat in fifteen. It'll burn if you don't."
Lydia proceeded to remove the last pieces of her armor. Her long legs seemed frail without her armor.
"If you run off, I won't look for you."
With her last remark, she walked off.
"Rude, but she did make sure I was warm. The weather here is much colder than the Underworld, so even a small fire..."
Lillia gazed into the fire for a while, turning the meat after time passed. The crunching of leaves made her alert.
"Who's there?"
"Don't be so scared, Lillia. The river was nice."
Lillia raised her eyes to meet Lydia's. Her jaw dropped as her face began to burn.
"You... you uncouth woman! Do you not have any shred of decency?!"
Lydia shrugged and knelt in front of the fire. She was topless, only having a towel draped over her shoulders.
"My spare shirts are with Lu. Again, he ran off."
"Who is this Lu? Your actual lover?"
Lydia nearly gagged.
"Oh hell no! That prick is too much of a ladies man. All the girls go crazy over him, but not me."
Lilia wasn't convinced.
"He's a horse."
As she lifted the skewered meat, Lydia noticed the blushing Lillia. She handed over some meat, sitting beside her.
"Look, I don't know if this only family thing turns you into a crazy person or whatever, but I was raised a man. I do not have a lover, nor do I plan on getting one. Not even you. I'm just..."
"Keeping an eye on me? Figures. My family always said the same thing. Even Doren was sent with me to keep an eye on me."
She huffed as she began to gnaw on the meat. Lydia just stared blankly for a moment.
"Hmm. I wonder if that is really what I'm doing."
Things stayed quiet until morning. As soon as Lydia opened her eyes, the beautiful alternate Lydia was staring at her. A trail of blood leaking from her nose.
