章 167: Temporary Plaything

Selena's POV

"When can we go back to Sky's place?" I asked Justin after I delivered my break-up message to Skyler. I hated Justin for how many times he interrupted me in the middle of my speech and deleted the video since, according to him, I should look happy and not sad.

How can I look happy breaking up with Skyler? It took a lot of effort before I perfected the scene. I wanted to cry, but I didn't want to show Gwen I was that weak. I needed to look strong and brave.

"It depends," he said, and my face turned hot with anger.

"I already made her stupid request. I think we can go now," I said, and Justin shook his head.

"Be patient, Selena. I promised to take you out from her even if she told me to detain you without any reason. I just need to follow our agreement." He declared as he looked at my face.
