章 277: Life in the Forest

Arthur came out of the camp, finding the mercenaries roasting three pigs over a fire lit with forest logs.

They coated the three pigs with various spices that grew in this forest. Although it was not clear how they roasted the pigs, the aroma was quite strong.

"Boss, would you like to eat now?" Rose who happened to pass in front of Arthur asked with a smile.

She actually also glanced inside the camp but found nothing, it was still as neat as last night.

Arthur didn't answer, just signaled for her to prepare the meal.

His eyes then looked at Isabel who was washing her face in the lake.

She was right in front of the giant crocodile taking a dip.

However, the crocodile looked at her respectfully, not daring to move an inch for fear of making the water dirty.

Having finished washing her face, Isabel went straight back, approaching Arthur.

"You're going to teach me magic, right, how's that?" She asked, seemingly forgetting everything that happened in the camp.
