This thing also appeared in front of Cheng Weizhe, then after a few words, they both agreed on the condition then the circle in front of them disappeared with a zap.
What they did was making a contract condense with the power of heaven and earth. Once breached, the one who breached the contract will uncontrollably do the penalty described on the contract. It could either be killing himself, doing something shameful, and etc.
