Alaric was going to meet with Natali, who was preparing a rather large tub of soup. Before the village's destruction, Mulder had crafted this for her. Alaric could tell that it was made of some sort of iron compound, he assumed that they traded with Ryder Village for it.

'The trade relationship with Ryder Village is rather prosperous, thanks to Bonnie and Clarus's management of the situation. I need to meet with the current village chief of Ryder soon.'
